No contract shall exist between you and BUZZ BUSINESS SUPPLIES LTD for the for the provision of products or services unless and until Buzz Business Supplies Ltd accepts your order by sending you a VAT invoice. Your order confirmation is acknowledgement of receipt of your order and does not constitute an acceptance of your order. Acceptance of an order on our part will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Buzz Business Supplies Ltd sends an email confirming acceptance of the order (whether or not you receive that email).
Buzz Business Supplies Ltd reserves the right to refuse orders it believes have been placed with the intention or potential for those goods to be resold.
Title in the goods shall not pass to the customer until all sums due from the customer to the supplier on any account have been paid.
Despite our careful attention to pricing, an item could be mis-priced inadvertently. If an item's correct price is lower than our quoted price, we will charge the lower (correct) amount and deliver the item to you. If an item's correct price is higher than our quoted price, Buzz Business Supplies Ltd shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. However, we might at our discretion decide to honour the lower (incorrect) price and send the item in order not to cause you inconvenience. Selling prices may not be indicative of the prevailing selling prices at any specific time and place in your area.
We reserve the right to substitute goods within your order with goods of an equivalent nature (eg a blue stapler for a red one). If you do not wish to accept the substituted goods then you must return them to us within 7 days of their receipt.
We may contact you periodically to communicate promotions and special offers. As per the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations Act (PECR) 2003, on every communication a valid 'opt-out' option will be provided.

In an effort to provide our customers with the most current information, price and availability information is subject to change without notice.
Save in respect of your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1977 (as amended) and the Unfair Contracts terms Act 1977 and save in respect our guarantee, we shall not be liable to you by reason of any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under these terms of our contract with you, for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit or otherwise), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever (whether caused by our negligence) which arise out of or in connection with the supply of the goods or their use by you.
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully re-saleable condition. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 14 days) and in original, undamaged packaging. Items over our 14 day returns period may be returned at our discretion; however, this may not be at the full credit value.
If the product returned is not in fully re-saleable condition or the packaging is damaged or with markings or writing, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please accept our apologies if your item is damaged. As long as this is reported to us within two days of delivery we will be happy to arrange a collection and replacement for you.
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on personalised, made-to measure/order, software or perishable goods (such as food and drink items which includes biscuits, coffee, and water. ) unless they are faulty.
We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted. We do not charge for returns except for unwanted purchases of furniture, large electrical appliances
Please check the dimensions of the delivery address for access (including doors, corridors, stairs and corners) and the proposed location before ordering large pieces of furniture, electrical appliances to ensure successful delivery, and to confirm that the product is the right size for your needs. Where large products are returned as unwanted, we reserve the right to make a charge of £50 to cover the collection cost. *
Should you wish to cancel your made-to-order or made-to-measure product for any reason, it is unlikely that we could sell it to another customer at full selling price. We will charge a cancellation fee of 20% of the full selling price. In respect of these products our usual refund policy does not apply and products cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.*
1) Contact Customer Services on 08445 610590 quoting: order number, stock number, the reason for the return and whether you want a refund or a replacement.
2) We will email you back with further instructions and we will arrange for the courier to come to collect the product you wish to return within 3 days – free of charge
Please note: We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
If you paid by credit/debit card, we will e-mail you a credit note and provide a refund back to the card.
If you paid by account, a credit note will be on your next statement.
* None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.
